This program is designed specifically for individuals at mid-life who are navigating both their careers and the discovery of their neurodivergence. As an EMCC accredited coach with extensive experience in career coaching and over 300 hours of working with neurodivergent clients, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this phase of life.

With an additional ILM qualification in strategy coaching for neurodivergent clients, I’ve created this program to provide a comprehensive toolkit that supports both career reflection and personal discovery. Together, we’ll explore how neurodivergence shapes your career experience and develop a deeper understanding of your identity at this stage.
